Bettina is an international business transformation consultant, programme director and leadership & team performance coach with over 20 years’ experience. She has led and delivered over 50 programmes and projects for her clients in complex, culturally diverse, and fast changing environments.

She is multi-faceted, has worked across a variety of industries and sectors, and is thus able to adapt quickly to new environments, industries, cultures and technologies. She understands how change works and what motivates people; she can quickly pin point the ‘difference that makes the difference’ to successfully deliver complex change.

Bettina worked for PA Consulting for 13 years before setting up her own company, Aronagh, and entering the freelance world. Her private sector clients included British Petroleum, Novozymes, Cushman & Wakefield, Berendsen, Vodafone and Clifford Chance. Her public and not for profit sector work included Department of Health, NHS, Department of Justice, and Worldvision.

Recent client engagements included:

  • Programme & Change Director of EMEA Integration of professional services organisation that achieved over $45 Million in synergies and a finance & HR system design & implementation in 6 months covering 5000 people.
  • Developed new IT organisation and engagement model for a laundry logistics organisation using a co-creative approach that ensured full buy-in of the IT leaders across Europe within a 2-month period.
  • Coached three senior female police officers to their next promotion
  • Designed and implemented a scalable global data governance operating model for an enzyme manufacturer

Bettina stays sane in busy of world consultancy and executive coaching by practising Qi Gong (an internal martial art) which she also teaches and enjoying time out with her two rescue cats, Paddy & Seamus.
